Our turnaround time is usually 2-3 weeks. Some items make ship sooner or later. If you need an item sooner than that, message us to see our rush order options.

Yes, we do offer rush orders for a rush fee. Our rush fee varies but is usually $20 to rush one item. Larger items or multiple orders may be more of a rush fee. Note that the rush fee will place your order in priority to start working on next but does not include selecting express shipping.

Unfortunately, because all of our items are made to order and are personalized to you, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

On orders over $35, we offer free shipping across the entire US. We can deliver outside of the country at no additional cost, however you would need to cover shipping difference.

We take careful consideration when packing orders so that it will arrive safely and on time. However, we are not responsible for items once packages are in the hands of the postal services. If something is wrong with your items, please message us within 24 hours to help you resolve the issue.

All of our acrylic signs come in a plastic wrap to protect your sign from scratches, dust, or fingerprints. We recommend storing them inside the wrap until the big day.

Yes, we offer several rental options within a 3 hour radius of Roanoke, Virginia. Some rental options are arch backdrops, seating chart displays, stands, and more.
