Month-Of Coordination

Often times considered "Day-Of Coordination"

During the last few weeks leading up to your wedding can be the most stressful. Our Month-Of Coordination option is a great option for couples looking for a planner to lift the stress off the couples shoulders to get last minute details together. We step in after you figured out your decor, vendors, etc. This option also includes on-site direction the day of.

Month-Of Coordination includes:

  • Meetings with the couple 4 weeks before wedding date
  • Communication with venue and all vendors leading up to the wedding
  • Establishing a timeline for the wedding party and all vendors
  • Decor layout design
  • Rehearsal Dinner
  • Assisting with decor set up and tear down

Full Planning

Our complete wedding planning option is the perfect choice for couples looking for the relief of the stress that comes with planning. And being able to feel confident in a planner making their ideas come true.

We will be there every step of the way from start to finish. Unlike month-of coordination, we help you find your venue, your vendors, help with timelines, and budgeting.

Full Planning includes:

  • Unlimited meetings with the couple to discuss vision and planning
  • Creating vision board and decor inspiration
  • Finding venues and vendors
  • Establishing a timeline for the couple to accomplish certain tasks
  • Tips to stay within budget
